1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Entarthe Center website (entarthe.center) and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Course Enrollment

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Registration: When you enroll in a course, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Course Access: Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to course materials, lectures, and resources. Access is granted for the duration of the course plus an additional 6 months for review purposes.

3. Payment and Fees

Course Fees: All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. The price you pay at the time of enrollment is the price you will be charged.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital payment options. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Payment Plans: For certain courses, we offer installment payment plans. Details of available payment plans will be provided during the enrollment process.

4. Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

After 7 Days: Refunds after the 7-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or relocation. A processing fee of 10% may apply.

Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Non-Refundable Items: Course materials that have been downloaded, certificates that have been issued, and one-on-one consultation sessions that have been completed are non-refundable.

5. Course Completion and Certification

Completion Requirements: To receive a certificate of completion, you must complete all required coursework, assignments, and assessments with a passing grade (typically 70% or higher).

Certificates: Upon successful completion, you will receive a digital certificate. Physical certificates can be requested for an additional fee.

Validity: Our certificates are recognized by leading design firms and architecture studios across India. However, we do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

Course Content: All course materials, including videos, documents, images, and other content, are the intellectual property of Entarthe Center and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Student Work: You retain ownership of any original work you create as part of your coursework. However, by submitting work for evaluation, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your work for educational and promotional purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Submit original work and properly cite sources
• Not share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty
• Not use course access for commercial purposes without permission

Violation of this code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of your enrollment without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Entarthe Center provides educational services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placement, or income levels. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Course Cancellations and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
